Bastiaan is an internationally acclaimed facilitator, educator, author and corporate psychologist and the winner of several teaching awards in business education and leadership development. Dr. Heemsbergen has also been featured on the CBC, The Globe and Mail, and Radio stations. He has significantly impacted the acquisition of skills and knowledge of students and participants across the globe. He currently teaches Leadership Development, Innovation and Strategic Management.
As faculty at the Banff Centre he is the recipient of the Faculty of the Year Award as well as the Significant Impact of the Year Award. His clients have included multi - national organizations and small businesses, universities and colleges, and municipal, federal and provincial governments in Canada, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
